Q: What is a chocolate fountain?

A: The chocolate fountain is an elegant and innovative product that enhances any buffet, wedding reception or special event. Chocolate fountains offer a new dimension in chocolate fondue. Imagine your guest’s amazement as they dip strawberries and other delicious dipping items into a flowing curtain of warm melted chocolate creating chocolate covered deserts.

Q: What kind of chocolate is used in the fountain?

A: Chocolate Fountains of Hope uses only the finest premium chocolate available. Our chocolate is specially formulated to provide flawless chocolate flow. Your guests will rave about the texture, beauty, aroma and intense flavor. Our chocolate is delivered in sealed containers to each event to ensure it is always fresh.

Q. Can the chocolate dipping fountain be used outdoors?

A. Yes! We have a beautiful windguard available which allows us to provide flawless flow inside or out.

Q: What is the maximum number of guests that the chocolate dipping fountain will serve?

A: Our fountains are ideal for events of all sizes. No event is too big or too small. Chocolate Fountains of Hope can accommodate groups of 20 to 5,000 people.

Q: What are the table and electrical requirements?

A: The chocolate fountain requires a sturdy, level table for it to operate properly (up to must hold 120 lbs.) The table should be covered and skirted in table linen coordinating with your event. The fountain also requires a dedicated, 110 volt electrical outlet with minimum 15 amps within 10 feet of where the fountain will be located

Q: Who is responsible for set-up, maintenance, tear-down, and clean-up of the chocolate dipping fountain?

A: Chocolate Fountains of Hope will take care of everything for you. A professional attendant will be on hand to teach your guests proper dipping abdicate as well as to keep the fountain and dipping items displays pristine at all times. Once the event is over, we will dismantle and clean up and remove the fountain.

Q: How long can I have the chocolate dipping fountain at my event?

A: Our package includes up to two (2) hours of service, not including set-up and breakdown. Additional hours are available by request.

Q: What can be dipped in the chocolate dipping fountain?

A: The possibilities are endless! You can dip strawberries, pineapple, rice krispy treats, donut holes, apples, vanilla wafers, pound cake, cookies, biscotti, marshmallows, bananas, cream puffs, Oreos, dried apricots, lady fingers, macaroons and more... If your caterer is not providing dipping items, we can provide a beautiful display.

Q. Do you require reservations and deposits?

A. Yes! A 50% deposit is required to reserve a fountain for your date. Reservations are on a first come first serve basis.

Q. What areas do you service?

A. We are currently serving Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. We may travel outside these areas at our clients request on a case by case basis.
